How to make a reservation:

Send the Accommodation forms to accommodation@fencingegypt.org

Note: The reservations must be done before 25/01/2023

The organizing committee will screen your reservation to confirm availability and send you a confirmation along with an invoice including the entry fees to be settled by bank transfer and will not be confirmed unless receiving a copy of your bank transfer.
In case the requested hotel is fully booked , will send you and reserve in the other hotel.
Please make sure that the amount received through the transfer is equivalent to the invoice's total and all commissions and charges are covered from your side. Any differences will be settled before the weapon control.
The prices offered and the availability of the rooms are not guaranteed after the deadline mentioned above.
All bookings should be done through the organizer and in the hotel’s competition in order to use our internal transportation.

GENERAL RULES:

Meals ( Breakfast & Dinner ) will be served in the hotel restaurant
Taxes are included in all above mentioned rates

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at 15.00 hours, Check-out time is at 12.00 hours.
Early check-in will be provided upon hotel’s availability.
Early check-in before 08.00 am, one night will be charged automatically.
Check-out from 12:00 - 18.00, 50% from room night will be charged automatically.
Check-out after 18.00, one night will be charged automatically

AMENDMENT:

No names changes will be accepted after 10/02/2023 and will be considered as cancelation .

CANCELATION RULES:

Cancelation: until 31.01.2023 will be free of charge
Cancelation: from 01.02.2023 till 15.02.2023 1 night will be charged as cancelation fees
Cancelation: from 15.02.2023 till arrival date full stay will be charged as a cancelation fees

ANO SHOW

In case of no show full stay will be charged.
